No problem. We can handle additional repairs and maintenance as needed. We’ll let you know what’s outside your plan before completing additional work so there are no surprises.
Materials are separate from membership fees and included labor hours. Any materials needed for repairs or maintenance are billed separately.
Nope. You can book us whenever you need us for $125/hour per technician, plus materials. Memberships are simply for homeowners who want recurring inspections, maintenance, and added benefits throughout the year.
